A little something about the project
Each year, PSS send out holiday cards to all vendors and customers. In 2024, I Illustrated a scene for the cover to show a city scape with only our traffic safety devices out and all people at home. PSS strives to ensure that all pedestrians, all people who are on the roadway, have a right to make it home safe and sound. With smoke coming out of chimneys and the streets plowed, I wanted to depict a comfortable holiday scene that everyone can enjoy and related to.
Inside, the card showed a signature from all PSS employees and an illustration of our business on a wintery night. The shape that the illustration is inside of is based on a snow globe and provides a base for the illustration to live in. I included our office to show that PSS wants their employees to be with their families through the holidays. The signatures were digitally processed and colored to match the color scheme of the rest of the card.
